For over 50 years, Mazor's Dough has been a name families know and trust — delivering the quality, consistency, and classic taste people grew up with. As the original creators of the mini pizza dough and puff pastry square, our products have been trusted across generations.
What began as a family-driven operation has evolved into a full-scale manufacturing facility in Linden, New Jersey, producing thousands of units daily and serving retailers, distributors, kitchens, and food service operations. Every product is made in-house from start to finish using only top-tier ingredients, ensuring complete control over quality and consistency.

We don't outsource. Every dough product is made on-site by our team using our own equipment — tighter quality control and a consistent product every time.
Packaging
Products are packaged in-house before they ship. We handle everything end-to-end so our distribution partners receive product that's ready to go.
